    To provide a better customer experience, DataPath has adopted the use of a new customer relationship management (CRM) system. This system enables us to significantly improve our interactions with customers by organizing, automating, and synchronizing customer information from all areas of the company, including customer service, technical support, sales, and marketing. New initiatives on the horizon due to CRM include an improved support ticket process, implementation of call center software, and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
