Grace-Marie Turner

Grace-Marie is president of The Galen Institute, a public policy research organization she founded in 1995 to promote informed debate over free-market health reform ideas. She is also the founder/facilitator of the Health Policy Consensus Group, a forum for analysts from market-oriented think tanks to analyze and develop policy recommendations. Grace-Marie speaks and writes extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad on incentives to promote a more competitive, patient-centered marketplace in the health sector. She testifies regularly before Congress and advises senior government officials, governors, and state legislators on health policy.
