Rance joined DataPath in 2013 as a software technical support representative and now serves as the Data Analysis and CDH Team Lead. Certified as a Flexible Compensation Specialist through the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), Rance holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematical Sciences from Westminster College.


John Robbins, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer, DataPath, Inc.

John Robbins, Jr. is the President/CEO of DataPath, Inc., with responsibility for molding the company’s vision and providing the leadership needed to stay at the forefront of the consumer-driven healthcare industry. He has more than 25 years of CDH industry experience.

Since becoming CEO in 2011, John has led the company through extraordinary growth, more than doubling the size of the company in just three years. John implemented a complete reorganization of the company while maintaining a family-friendly culture focused on helping clients succeed and employees learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Under his leadership, DataPath has grown market share for its healthcare administration and billing platforms and most recently expanded its innovative solutions into the insurance payments market space.

One of the nation’s leading experts in healthcare payments and consumer driven healthcare account management systems, John holds two patents for electronic storage of HSA claims receipts and specialized credit card payment mechanisms. In 2007, John co-founded the Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS), which works to streamline standards for the use of healthcare electronic payment systems nationwide. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), the industry group that leads efforts to protect employer-provided tax-favored benefits by educating Congress and governmental agencies on responsible healthcare solutions. He is frequently interviewed by print and broadcast media and speaks at various national and regional conferences.

Arkansas Business named John one of the state’s “Forty Under Forty” business and community leaders in 2009. He is a graduate of Leadership Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Christian Brothers University. John and his wife, Melissa, have five very active children and are highly involved in the Little Rock community. He currently serves as Committee Chairman of the same Boy Scouts Troop where he earned his Eagle Scout rank over 25 years ago.


Jeremy Johnson
Director of Customer Support, DataPath, Inc.

Jeremy serves of Director of Customer Support and is responsible for DataPath’s Customer Service, Software Technical Support and Financial Services. He joined DataPath in 2015 and has more than 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining DataPath, Jeremy worked for Fortune 500 companies including Alltel Communications, Verizon Wireless, and Windstream Communications where he was part of an accelerated leadership development program. During that time he held a variety of management positions in Customer Support, Operations, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.

In all of these roles Jeremy’s main focus has been on enhancing the customer experience through improved communication and operational efficiency. Combining that focus with an emphasis on accountability, his efforts have resulted in multiple improvements impacting DataPath clients.


Scott Yielding
Operations Director, DataPath Administrative Services

Committed to continuous process improvement and quality of work, Scott Yielding joined us in 2014 as the Operations Director for DataPath Administrative Services. Previously he had spent five years with a multimedia company during which he was responsible for the digital conversion of over 60 million images, 5000 hours of film, and all associated metadata. Under his management, more than 320 employees worldwide utilized streamlined processes and new technologies to increase production over 400 percent.


Greg Licata
Vice President of Product Development, DataPath, Inc.

Greg is responsible for ensuring that DataPath’s products address the challenges facing its clients both now and in the future with state-of-the-art solutions to help drive client growth. He works to enhance strategies for existing products in support of an expanding client base and oversees the launch of high-quality, innovative solutions for new markets.

Greg’s in-depth experience in healthcare technology product management (from concept to market launch) and hands-on approach to the consumer-driven healthcare market enable DataPath to both analyze today’s market and anticipate tomorrow’s – all of which translates into providing the highest quality of service for its clients.

Prior to joining DataPath in 2011, Greg served as vice president of healthcare for Comdata Corporation (a division of Ceridian), implementing new strategies and plans, establishing organizational and product objectives and goals, and managing all product development. He is a co-founder and former chairman of the Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS), which creates standards that enable a broad range of healthcare participants to implement consistent systems and processes for transaction processing and data retention. Greg’s extensive healthcare experience also includes a variety of client services and product development leadership roles with Metavante, Inc., FIS, and Alegeus Techologies.


Glen Hoffman
Vice President and HSAToday® Product Owner, DataPath, Inc.

Glen Hoffman has been designing, developing, and implementing solutions for benefit administrators for nearly three decades.

A pioneer in the Health Savings Accounts industry, Glen helped the State of Arkansas become the first state government in the nation to implement HSAs for its employees. He has been a DataPath company principal since 1989 and is the mastermind behind our unique HSAToday™ platform.

Glen oversees DataPath Financial Services, Inc., which provides plan service providers with resalable financial services including HSAs, electronic funds transfers, electronic payment cards, and self-directed investments. He also leads DataPath Investment Advisors, our subsidiary that provides institutional investment and retirement plan advisory services to employers on a fee basis.

Glen holds Bachelors’ degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Central Arkansas. He is also an Investment Advisor Representative licensed by the Arkansas Securities Department.


Todd Eason, CFCI
Premium Billing Product Specialist, DataPath, Inc.

Todd has been a key player in the design, training, and support of DataPath’s COBRA administration software since 2003. After serving as COBRA customer service lead, he advanced to COBRA sales associate, focusing on the areas of marketing, sales, and overall direction of the COBRA program. Recently Todd assumed the roles of Product Owner for Premium Billing and DataPath Product Specialist. His responsibilities include the developmental direction of our premium billing systems and the analysis of market trends in areas such as private healthcare exchanges and defined contribution models.

Todd is Certified as a Flexible Compensation Instructor by the ECFC and holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Quantitative Methodology from the University of Central Arkansas. Prior to joining DataPath, he was a Regional Project Manager and Wireless Specialist with Lucent Technologies.


Brian Hayes
Implementation Manager, DataPath, Inc.

As a Consumer Driven industry innovator and HSA evangelist, Brian is passionate about TPA success. He is a long-term veteran of the Benefits, Consumer Driven, and HSA space and has played key roles in the evolution of benefits administration, including being part of the team that launched the first benefits debit card product in the market. Over the past 16 years Brian has provided business process consulting, change management, product configuration, and implementation/integration expertise to hundreds of administrators across the country. /p>


Grace-Marie Turner
President, Galen Institute, Alexandria, VA

Grace-Marie Turner is president of the Galen Institute, a public policy research organization that she founded in 1995 to promote an informed debate over free-market ideas for health reform.

Grace-Marie has been instrumental in developing and promoting ideas for reform to transfer power over health care decisions to doctors and patients. She speaks and writes extensively about incentives to promote a more competitive, patient-centered marketplace in the health sector.

  • She testifies regularly before Congress and advises senior government officials, governors, and state legislators on health policy.
  • She was named by House Speaker John Boehner in 2013 to serve as a member of the Long Term Care Commission.
  • Previously, Grace-Marie served for a three-year term on the National Advisory Board for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and she served as a member of the Medicaid Commission, making recommendations to modernize and improve Medicaid.

Grace-Marie has been published in hundreds of major newspapers, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and USA Today, and has appeared on ABC’s 20/20 and on hundreds of radio and television programs. She is a co-author of Why ObamaCare Is Wrong for America, published by HarperCollins in 2011, and editor of Empowering Health Care Consumers through Tax Reform. Grace-Marie speaks extensively in the U.S. and abroad, including at the London School of Economics, Oxford University, and the Gregorian University at the Vatican.

She is founder and facilitator of the Health Policy Consensus Group which serves as a forum for analysts from market-oriented think tanks around the country to analyze and develop policy recommendations.

Grace-Marie received the 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award for Promotion of Consumer Driven Health Care from Consumer Health World. In the mid-1990s, Grace-Marie served as executive director of the National Commission on Economic Growth and Tax Reform. For 12 years, she was president of Arnett & Co., a health policy analysis and communications firm. Her early career was in politics and journalism where she received numerous awards for her writings on politics and economics.


Charles Robbins
Director of Sales, DataPath, Inc.

As Director of Sales for CDH Account Solutions, Charles is responsible for helping our clients find the right solution for their benefits administration needs. He started working at DataPath in 2003.

Charles possesses over two decades of experience in the consumer-driven healthcare and plan service provider marketplace, some of which was gained by attending trade shows and professional conferences during his formative years. His career with DataPath began on the ground floor, learning how our systems provide solutions for healthcare benefits administrators. From there, he transitioned to post-sale installation and customer training, helping to define a formal implementation process for our software products. In 2005, he moved to the Sales Department, focusing on contract development and negotiation. Charles was promoted to Director of Sales for CDH Account Solutions in 2008. During his time in this role, he has reorganized and expanded the department, coinciding with the tremendous growth and success DataPath has experienced since 2011.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with emphasis in Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He is Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) by the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). A Dale Carnegie graduate, he is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).


Richard Patrick
President, Patrick Consulting Group

Rick Patrick has over 41 years’ experience in plan design and employer benefit management. Owner of several companies, including Patrick Consulting Group, Patrick Benefit Administrators, Patrick Benefit Brokerage, and National Benefit Counselors, he is a nationally known consultant on the development of benefit design strategies for consumer driven health plans. Rick speaks nationally at trade conventions regarding the economics of healthcare tied to both insurance plans and their administration and is a leading expert on health care reform. He has been featured in Consumer Driven Health Care Solutions magazine and has served on the Broker Advisory Boards for United Healthcare of Ohio, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Mutual of Ohio, and others. Among many other community service activities, Rick has served on the board of directors for the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce for 19 years and is currently the board president for the Community Action Committee of Pike County, Inc.


James Rumple, CAS
Director of Benefit Continuation, Chard Snyder

James joined Chard Snyder’s Benefit Continuation team in 2005 as the company launched their COBRA service offering. He has led the department through rapid expansion, and currently the Benefit Continuation team includes 37 staff members who serve more than 650 clients. James has been instrumental in launching several new service offerings including Retiree Billing, Direct Billing, and Consolidated Billing and, most recently, FMLA services. He is certified as a COBRA Administrative Specialist by the ECFC and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Leadership Development Institute.


Kim Malleolo
Benefits Consultant, ProBenefits, Inc.

With over 20 years of experience in the benefits industry, Kim assists employers and advisors in plan design and implementation of HSA, HRA, and FSA plans. Prior to joining ProBenefits, Inc., she and her husband owned an insurance brokerage and TPA company for 15 years. She also managed a TPA company for two years.

Kim is Certified in Flexible Compensation by the ECFC. She is a Certified HSA Expert and holds a New York state life and health insurance license.


Linda Meyerhoffer
Owner/President, Benefit Solutions, Inc.

Linda founded Benefit Solutions, Inc. in 1998 to provide third party administration services for Flexible Spending Accounts, COBRA, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. Located in Midlothian, Virginia, BSI serves over 500 companies in the U.S.

Helping others save taxes through employee benefits is Linda’s passion. She is not only a Certified Public Accountant but also a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a licensed health, life and annuity agent. She teaches many classes and is an expert in the area.

Linda has been named a ‘Super CPA’ in the area of Employee Benefits by Virginia Business Magazine. She has also been a finalist for the magazine’s ‘CFO of the Year’ award. She is an active member of several local organizations and is a member of the Accounting Advisory Council for Virginia Commonwealth University.


Kevin Murphy
President, Superior State Administrators, Inc.

Kevin established Superior State Administrators in Menominee, Wisconsin, in 1996. Superior State is a full-service TPA that administers FSA, HRA, MERP, HSA, COBRA, and Transit plans. They also provide direct and retiree billing services.


David Dye

David M. Dye, founder and president of Trailblaze, Inc., a Denver-based leadership development business, is an internationally recognized professional speaker, trainer, and facilitator. John is head of Alston & Bird’s Health Benefits Practice, where he leads attorneys devoted exclusively to health care reform issues under the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA privacy, health savings accounts (HSAs) and consumer-directed health care, flexible benefit plans and related health benefit issues. He has worked closely with health plans, financial institutions and employers, as well as the IRS, Treasury and DOL, in addressing health benefit issues.

John has been inducted into the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White) and Who's Who Legal. He has lectured widely and published articles on health care reform, ERISA and cafeteria plan issues. John is the co-author of numerous health benefit treatises, including Cafeteria Plans Manual, Health Care Reform, HIPAA Portability and Privacy and Consumer-Driven Health Care (published by Thomson/Reuters/EBIA).
